What does gelato shop design include?

Can I create a bespoke gelato shop without a franchise?
Yes. GelateriaSMART is a design and delivery method, not a franchise. Every project is adapted to its location, brand identity, budget and owner’s preferences.
Can I refurbish just part of my shop?
We can assess targeted upgrades to the sales counter, furniture, materials or layout, as well as complete renovations. The right approach depends on the premises and your goals.
How are the costs and budget defined?
We discuss the budget during the initial assessment. Size, type of premises, materials, equipment and required work all affect the project. We need details of your specific plans for a meaningful estimate.
Do you design kiosks and production laboratories too?
Yes. Our solutions include takeaway kiosks, gelato shops with pastry and café areas, and dedicated gelato production laboratories.
